Once a sense of trust is built with the therapist and in the therapeutic process itself, we will work to see how certain thoughts and behaviors originated. Tracing fears or anxieties back to their original source in counseling helps our teen clients better understand why they struggle with self-esteem. From there, we will offer healthy, effective coping strategies for managing emotional distress and distorted thinking.

We understand that as a teen, you may be convinced that life is destined to be painful and stressful forever, but hope is available to you.
