A Bit About Me

Many clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve lost touch with themselves. They may be navigating trauma, grief, chronic illness, or identity questions, and yet, they feel pressure to have it all figured out before they even walk in the door, or they can’t even identify their own emotions in the overwhelm of what others are thinking and feeling. They often carry the weight of others’ expectations and feel disconnected from their own inner knowing, questioning if healing is even possible.

I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honors the full complexity of who you are, from the emotional, to the physical, to the spiritual. Together, we explore your lived experiences with curiosity and compassion, uncovering the patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that have shaped you. I tailor treatment to your needs and pace, weaving in relational and insight-oriented work to support meaningful change.

Clients often find themselves feeling more grounded, connected, and living authentically in their relationships, their bodies, and their daily lives. They begin to trust their own voice again. My goal is to create a space where healing feels possible, sustainable, and deeply aligned with who you are becoming.
