A Bit About Me

Imagine feeling deeply connected to yourself, clear, and confident—even amid life's challenges. You might be feeling anxious, doubting yourself, overwhelmed, struggling with your identity, or consistently putting your needs last. Perhaps you're facing a major life transition—like navigating relationship changes, experiencing new motherhood, grieving a loss, or going through perimenopause—and find yourself feeling untethered. Deep down, you're seeking clarity, relief, and compassionate support to guide you toward a more fulfilling life.

I’m here to help you move through these moments with warmth and care. We’ll gently unpack what’s been weighing on you, explore what matters most, and create space for new insight and healing. You don’t have to do this alone. My goal is to help you tap into your own strength and feel more like yourself again—calmer, clearer, and more confident facing whatever comes next.

You deserve support that actually sees you. Let’s take that first step together. Book your free consultation today and let’s talk.

Experience:

Mahri Relin began her academic career as a student at Williams College and Oxford University focusing on neuroscience and the psychology of human development.  She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from SDSU before she decided to change everything and move to NYC to dance and perform professionally around the world.  After her dance career, her interest in women’s health and psychology combined with her love for movement led her to start a fitness business, Body Conceptions, focused on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.  For 13 years with this business, she has worked with women through these significant times, and she has also been recognized as a speaker and panel expert on these life transitions.

Mahri completed her second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University with a special focus on perinatal and perimenopause mental health and other major life transitions for women of all ages.  She has also recently contributed educational mental health content for the 2024 Australian Canopy Health webinar program on menopause.

More than just my work:

I have lived in New Mexico, Massachusetts, California, and NYC, but I didn’t feel truly at home until I moved to Colorado almost 10 years ago.  When I am not resting at home with my husband, our crazy loud cat, and little Maltese, you can find me taking endless walks, dancing in my home studio, or trying new restaurants with friends.
