A Bit About Me
Are you exploring your neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism) and trying to better understand yourself, your needs, and feel like you have tons of questions? Do you feel overwhelmed by life or trauma and need someone to listen to what you have to say? Are you a high-masking neurodivergent person but feel burnt out or insecure about your strengths? Are you in the process of doing transformative journeywork and ancestral healing to connect to your true self and looking for integration support to make sense of the deep spiritual healing taking place?
I am passionate about working with high-masking neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals who are healing from trauma and exploring how to be themselves in the world we live in. As a neurodivergent and queer therapist, I utilize professional training that is informed by lived experience in my work. Coming into therapy and being vulnerable can be challenging. So I welcome the exploration of what works for you. Maybe you feel most comfortable talking face-to-face, sitting on the floor, having fidgets, or get creative with activities and art. I am a relaxed, open-minded therapist that aims to assist clients by exploring their values and what gives a sense of wholeness, processing past traumas to let go of shame and self-judgement to get closer to living the life they long for. My goal is to offer a space that is non-judgmental, to listen and hear you, and be an empathetic witness to help guide you to the life you want to live.

More than just my work:
As a creative human, my heart sings when I make art and when I get to connect to nature.
